Reworking the West
The Spring Summer 21 collection is inspired by the simple action of wrapping the humble South East Asian garment - a Sarong. We sought out to rethink and reimagine how we can re-write Western garments with a Nanyang or South East Asian tone. We took a classic LBD (Little Black Dress) and give it our spin.
A soft single cowl drape falls gently on the wearer’s chest. Extended side panel folds over and cascades down the wearer’s body in a fluid manner - fluttering while one moves.
Fabricated in polyester blend fabric, this dress is cut close fitted, while allowing give for movement.
